We carried out an independent survey of our patients between 2016 and 2017 to assess any areas in which we could improve our service. The survey was commissioned and implemented by Patient Wise Research who specialise in gathering information for healthcare providers throughout the UK. We are delighted to report that of 508 responses received, 503 graded Jonathan Partridge Optometrists as "Excellent" or "Very good" for customer service. Patient Wise said that this was a record result representing over 99% satisfied responses; the previous highest they had seen being 85%.
Patients reported that they felt welcomed at the practice, the examination process was comprehensive and findings well explained. The practice offered a good and varied selection of frames.
This survey took place whilst we were at our previous premises at 24 High Street. We have since moved to our larger, custom built premises on Church Street, where we offer an even more comprehensive service.
